Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the booked service fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time cannot be cancelled and will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.
